Making an Appointment
To make an appointment with Norwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, it is essential that you have a referral from your doctor or your dentist. They can either supply a printed referral, or an online referral.
Once you have been referred to Norwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery by your dentist or doctor, booking an appointment is a straightforward process. If your dentist or doctor has submitted an online referral, we will call you to discuss booking your consultation. If they have given you a printed referral form, you can either send us a booking enquiry online via our contact page, or simply call us to arrange an appointment.
For first time patients, you will need to fill out a patient history form, which you can find here.
